Vintage Italian Blue Ceramics

Elegant sweet jar or covered pot in glazed ceramic, in deep cobalt blue, adorned with white floral decorations in slight relief. The stylised rose pattern is typical of Italian artistic productions from the second half of the 20th century. Made in Italy by the Coronetti Cunardo factory (as indicated by the marking "Cunardo Italy" under the base), around 1960-1970. Very good condition, retaining all the brilliance of its blue glaze. Note two small chips (glaze losses) visible on the inner rim of the lid and a slight one on the neck of the pot, which do not detract from the overall aesthetic once the pot is closed.
