Louis XVI style gilded bronze bouilotte lamp

This charming louis XVI style bouillotte lamp is made up of a double tapered candlestick and an empire green colored sheet metal lampshade. The lamp is formed by a thick foot with ornate contours, on which two small double volute arms rest, each carrying a candle holder. From the foot also rises a thin vertical rod carrying the lampshade, adjustable in height using a key. The whole is topped with an elegant, finely carved decorative element.
