Double-arm reading floor lamp designed by J.J.M. Hoogervorst, artistic director of Anvia, Netherlands. The slender brass structure supports two conical lampshades made of perforated lacquered metal, mounted on ball joints, allowing for precise light adjustment. The piece rests on a circular base made of red marble veined with white, known as Rouge du Languedoc. Manufacturer: Anvia, circa 1950. Good vintage condition.
