Pair of Louis XVI style forget-me-not dishes/plates in crystal mounted in solid silver and vermeil

Pair of crystal plates or dishes with vermeil settings. The basin with star-shaped decoration, the wing decorated with a frieze engraved with forget-me-not flowers and plants framed by two bands. The lip is highlighted with a solid gilded silver frame with delicate gadroon motifs. Hallmarks • minerva 1st title • master goldsmith: partially insculpted hallmark, probably leverrier & cie (paris, 1903-1911). Dimensions • diameter: 23.5 cm. • height: 2.4 cm.
