This very extravagant service or bar cart by Aldo Tura from Milan, Italy, dates from the 1960s. In the typical style of Aldo Tura, the cart is covered in lacquered goat parchment (in a cream sand colour) with brass details. The red handles add an unexpected touch of colour. What distinguishes this cart from many other Aldo Tura carts is its wheelbarrow shape. Mounted on two large front wheels and a small rear wheel, this cart features a removable glass tray at the end of the handle as well as two glass top surfaces. It is also unusual for Aldo Tura that there are no bottle holder rings but two wooden pegs at the back. This bar cart is in very good condition, although some brass elements have lost their shine over the years. A few screw covers have been lost, but this has no structural impact and is barely noticeable. One arm may have been cracked in the past but appears to have been carefully repaired (see photos). No structural issues have been found. Dimensions: Height: 66 cm, Length: 118 cm, Depth: 53 cm. Carefully packed for secure shipping. This item will be shipped disassembled in two packages (an instruction document will be provided for reassembly).
