Handmade afghan ziegler wool rug circa 1960.19th century design rug, beautifully crafted using a fine weave and delicate pattern. This is a ziegler rug, a rare and timeless style. The very low cut pile gives you different shades depending on the angle. In order to give the ziegler rug an original and worn look, the rug is sun bleached and finished with sandstone. Dimensions: 303x215 cm condition: patina of use of the wool, minimal wear of the edges. On one direction of the rug color difference in the red which makes you think of stains.
