Pair of telegraph rotating chair French Army leather new

Pair of industrial telegraph chair of the french army from the 1950s. These rotating chairs are adjustable in height.they have an industrial or steampunk style with their backrest spring, they have a new leather upholstery made by a professional car (invoice of 360 € for the 2 chairs, back and seat included). The metal parts have been stripped and are rust-free. They are adjustable in height from minimum 41 cm to 66 cm seat height. The backrest is also adjustable in height.
