Set of 4 chairs in mid-century Danish design model 210, produced by Farstrup in the 1960s and imported from Denmark. The frame is made of beech and the backrest is in teak. The Farstrup furniture factory has its roots in the village of Farstrup, which has 446 inhabitants. It is located in the north of Himmerland in Denmark. Before becoming a furniture factory, it was a sawmill established in 1910. It was later that production developed to manufacture furniture. Furniture production intensified to represent more than half of the company's activity in the 1960s. Designer Thomas Harlev worked for Farstrup in the 1950s, creating two iconic chairs, the no. 210 and the Stick Back chair.
