Antique alabaster Art Deco plafonnier chandelier in great condition with age-related wear. A substantial, elegant ceiling light with beautifully translucent alabaster that gives a warm, soft glow when lit—an effect that makes alabaster so sought after. Still maintaining the 3 original brass and porcelain E27 bulb holders, all in great working condition. Original brass fittings throughout with lovely age-related wear and patina. This plafonnier has been completely dismantled, carefully cleaned, and waxed, then professionally rewired with twisted brown cloth flex and grounded, ready for safe everyday use. Overall width: 45 cm. Overall height: 65 cm. A classic English country house item in high demand, and a wonderful piece of lighting ready for another 100 years. Compatible with 110–240 volts.
