Empire style desk

Mahogany office in empire style (late nineteenth / early twentieth century work). Upholstered in green leather inlaid with a golden frieze, it is equipped with 5 drawers and 2 retractable pulls. The drawers are decorated with a plate and 4 bronze-looking buttons. The central drawer has a functional lock, with original key. The 4 feet are surrounded by 2 bronze-looking rings and connected by a spacer. Good general condition; possible small restoration to be planned on the background of the upper left drawer; some rare traces of use on mahogany and leather. Very functional and practical furniture. Dimensions: w 139 cm; d 67 cm: h 78 cm. The height under the central drawer is 61 cm, which allows for comfortable seating.
