Ancient porcelain plate Imari

A beautiful plate of antique porcelain. This plate is decorated with an imari décor composed of stylized flowers. In shades of blue, orange and greens, it is very beautifully crafted. The decorations are enamelled by touches and flats, the enamels form small reliefs giving depth to this plate. The imari décor was invented in japan in the 18th century, it was then taken over by chinese porcelain makers and distributed in europe by the company of india. In good condition, it comes from china or japan and measures 21 cm.
