French art nouveau style quality bronze 6 light chandelier

French art nouveau style heavy quality bronze 6 light chandelier. The chandelier is made up of a central column with a leaf detail with a decorative finial to the bottom and a hanging hoop at the top. From the bottom of the central column come the 6 scrolled arms which are decorated with acanthus leaves and lead to decorative candle drip holders. The candle drips are in card and in keeping with the age of the chandelier. The chandelier hangs from a chunky 5 link chain 3 of which are decorated and a round decorative ceiling fitting. The chandelier has french twin core wiring and takes 6 small screw in bulbs e14s. The frame work is solid with a lovely aged patina. It has been cleaned but not polished so you can decide on its overall finish. The drips are in fair vintage condition with some wear.our lights are lit for display purposes only and we recommend that all electrical items are checked by a qualified electrician in your own country to comply with local safety regulations. Please note this is a very heavy chandelier and may ceiling braces for hanging. Due to its size and weight will be partly dismantled for shipping.
