Mid-Century Modern Scandinavian Twisted Ice Blue Glass Vase by Edvin Öhrström for Orrefors, 1960s

Stunning mid-century modern twisted art glass vase by edvin öhrström for orrefors (sweden, 1950s/1960s). Made of thick mouth-blown ice blue glass. The vase is formed by six twisted glass lobes ending in a crown formation at the top. Beautiful minimalist scandinavian design. Quite heavy for the size (weight: 1.9 kg). Signed and numbered to the base (engraved): 'orrefors 2444/3'. Height: 13.5 cm; diameter (largest point): 12 cm. Very good vintage condition, no chips, no cracks.
