Vintage persian gabbeh rug from about 1950 with a design of dark shaded blue-black diamonds on a shaded creamy ivory background with a crimson border in all-natural colours. Stylized geometrical forms handwoven in lustrous wool. This is an eye-catching piece that would go well with mid century interiors or as a contrast in traditional surroundings. Very good vintage condition with small signs of age and use; professionally cleaned.
