1960/70s Beautility Mid Century Teak Sideboard with Afrormosia Handles

Beautility mid century teak sideboard with sculptural afrormosia handles and base. A Danish style credenza with a low profile, two cupboard doors, a central drop-front drinks cabinet and three shaped drawers, the top one lined and divided. The darker afrormosia “surfboard” handles and sculpted base, with tapered legs joined by a curved stretcher, contrast with the warm teak top and carcass. Beautility was a British furniture maker, founded in London in 1894 and known for well-made dining suites and sideboards. Material. Teak. Afromosia.
