The pieces are made from monoxyle wood (one single piece) of suar (an exceptional Asian hardwood), identifiable by its bicolour appearance, and the pieces have been blackened on the sides and underneath (burned with pigments). An exceptional piece that is both design-oriented and minimalist, allowing the natural charm of the wood (holes, rings, irregularities, cracks) to shine through, giving the whole set its uniqueness.
