Wicker rattan doll cradle with wheels

This charming wicker cradle with beautiful wooden wheels will find multiple uses over time: cradle for doll obviously, it can become a playful accessory to facilitate the storage of soft toys or toys: a little walk around the house, and hop the little one will find it fun to pick up the toys lying around; ) but it would also make an original plant holder (see last photo) or can be diverted at the end of the sofa to store magazines, books, knitting and remote controls! It must be from the 60s or 70s. I dusted it with a brush and vacuum cleaner and then washed it with vinegar water. I left it natural, but we can imagine painting all or part, or just varnishing the whole. It is in good general condition, still solid but does not hide its age: rare damaged strands, some beetle holes on the wooden wheels (not active it seems to me but that I still treated by injection of household vinegar, it is my natural method to replace the chemical insecticide). In the bottom of the cradle, the top veneer of the plywood, split in half, bends a little. There are also some stains on the wooden bottom, and obviously the wicker has taken the patina of time. In the wicker, are inserted two plastic tubes whose usefulness I do not know, I imagine that a part is missing... Perhaps this cradle was originally equipped with a sky (pram?). It measures 55 cm in length, 38 cm in width, 51 cm in height and weighs between 2 and 3 kg.
