Lafonda coffee table by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller - 1970s

Magnificent coffee table designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in the 1970s. This coffee table features a leg known as Lafonda, as they were developed during their work for the La Fonda Del Sol restaurant by Alexander Girard in the 1960s. The marble of this table was changed by its first owner, so it is not original. This can be particularly noticed due to the shape of the edges. The leg, however, is indeed original. This table is in very good vintage condition, with no missing parts or damage. It shows some signs of wear related to time and the object's life.
