Antique brass candlelight with its handmade lampshade in William Morris fabric

An old brass candlelight with its handmade lampshade in my workshop near bordeaux. The lamp dates from the nineteenth century. The fabric used to make the lampshade is william morris' 'strawberry thief', the green/blue colours are superb. Ideal to add the charm of the countryside to your home. 48 cm total high with lampshade. Diameter of the foot of the lamp 11.8 cm. Lampshade 18 cm high with a diameter of 30 cm. Condition of the candlestick lamp: old object with a patina of years and wear. Bobèche distortion (last photo). Lampshade created using a new fabric. This lamp is really in its juice and full of history. Suitable for a buyer who loves antique items with a story to tell. Bulb b22 bayonet 40 watt max not supplied.
