Jørgensen was a Danish ceramicist and artist from Svendborg who played an important role in collaborating with Ravnild Ceramics. Ravnild Keramik, founded in the late 1940s, was known for its artistic experiments and production of stoneware and ceramics. The factory collaborated with several artists, including Svend P. Jørgensen, which gave them the opportunity to create unique artworks and experiment with different techniques and styles. Jørgensen contributed to both individual artworks and production elements for Ravnild Keramik, resulting in a varied collection of artistic ceramics. The factory was active until 1986, when production ceased and the last owners, Nils Kau and Jette Pedersen, continued to work independently.
