Danish-made teak sideboard from the 1960s, with three sliding doors and five side drawers. The front is defined by distinctive recessed wooden handles, while the cabinet is supported by slender tapered beech legs. Made in Denmark in the 1960s, this sideboard features a low, elongated teak cabinet supported by slender tapered beech legs. The front combines three sliding doors with a five-drawer section on one side, creating an asymmetrical composition that enlivens the broad teak surface and forms one of the piece’s most distinctive features. The handles are carved directly into the wood with a characteristic geometric recess, repeated across both doors and drawers to create a coherent graphic rhythm. Behind the sliding doors, spacious compartments are fitted with shelves, while the drawers feature dovetail joints. The quality of the craftsmanship, the continuity of the wood grain, and the balance between generous storage and light proportions fully express the functional and formal approach of Danish modernism in the 1960s. Good condition. It may show signs of age. Please pay attention to the photographs. AG282
