A truly unique set of vintage art lamps by Angel Pazmiño. Pazmiño's work is renowned for its use of high-quality wood, particularly laurel and cedar, and for its hand-carved patterns that reflect influences from pre-Columbian and colonial design. His style harmoniously blends tradition and modernity, resulting in timeless pieces of art. Throughout his career, Pazmiño has received numerous awards and recognitions for his innovative designs. The cylindrical bases of these lamps feature rounded wooden tops and bottoms, beautifully framing the decorated leather in between. Each lamp showcases elaborate, handmade scenes, and no two are identical, making this set even more special. We are proud to present this rare and exquisite pair from a master craftsman, best known for his chair designs, who infuses his leather and wood craftsmanship into each creation. Both lamps are in very good overall condition. One of them has a few water stains on the wooden base, but this does not detract from its overall beauty. As unique pieces, these lamps require careful installation to ensure that the lampshade rests perfectly on the delicate metal wiring surrounding the socket.
