Very large antique desk

Impressively large antique mahogany desk in the Partners version. Both sides of the desk feature 5 drawers and a small cupboard. The large top is more than sufficient for two people to work at simultaneously. The top is divided into 3 sections inlaid with green gold-edged leather. The desk is of fine quality, which is evident in the paneled sides and the handmade dovetail joints of the drawers. Beautiful warm mahogany color. Also plenty of room for a large office chair. Legroom dimensions: W 88cm X H 74cm. The drawer handles are of a later period. Originally, the desk had wooden knobs. Origin: England. Period: Approx. 1870. Dimensions: 216cm X D 123cm X H 78cm.
