Chryselephantine sculpture signed Melani

Chryselephantine sculpture from the art deco period in bronze with dark green and golden patina. Signed S. Melani (Italian sculptor: salvatore melani 1902-1934) on the back of the dress and engraved in small on the front of the terrace. Sculpture representing an elegant woman with a beautiful face sitting on a low wall. The head and hands are in ivory and the terrace in marble. Small wear to the green patina at the bottom of the back of the dress (see behind photo). Colissimo shipping well packaged and protected. Good condition.
