Description
This candy box is a very beautiful advertising object made in 1948 by the charles ahrenfeldt porcelain factory to celebrate the centenary of poulain chocolate. It is round with a classic cream and celadon décor, golden friezes and a bouquet of flowers on the lid. Inside is written in green "souvenir of the centenary chocolate poulain 1848 – 1948" with the foal symbol of the brand. Before becoming a manufacturer, charles ahrenfeldt was a porcelain decorator. In 1894 he built his own factory in limoges, whose activity ceased definitively in 1969. In perfect condition. Diameter 14 cm – height 6 cm – weight 0.4 kg.
