Vintage french art deco bird lamp with oval marble base white ball shade 4391

Art deco table lamp featuring a bronzed effect spelter albatros. This delightful vintage french 1930s table lamp is typical in style of the art deco period.the lamp features a heavy oval shaped brown veined marble base with a bronzed effect spelter albatros bird perched on a wave and white opaque glass ball shade. There is a small push button on/off switch on the back of the wave.the lamp is in very good vintage condition with no cracks in the marble and glass ball just marks reminiscent of its age.the lamp is working with its original french wiring with a black flex and 2 pin european plug and takes a small bayonet type bulb b22.
