A pair of vintage, original, Herman Miller Eames Elephant Grey dining side shells look great on their used walnut DSW dowel bases make great designer chairs! The gentle aging process to the chairs have created a truly unique finish which makes them particularly characterful and are just waiting to adorn your home! There are no chips or cracks and the gentle aging has left a wonderful marbling affect to the shells. The patent label on the underside of the shells – these are from a set of 6 so each shell may differ slightly in respects to how much of this is left – dates the shells as being from 1956-1959.
