Portrait old 19th

Oil on canvas dated september 3, 1843 and signed with the monogram fv, in its gilded wooden frame. Portrait of a bourgeois in the classic tradition of the 19th century of very beautiful workmanship and quality of finish. The whole is in fairly good general condition, some defects visible in the photos: a sinking and a lack on the canvas, some defects on the perimeter of the frame mitigated by gilding. Dimensions out of frame: h 41 cm X w 32 cm. Dimensions with frame: h 53 X w 45 cm X ep 5cm.
