Space rocket lamp base

Unique and rare mid century glazed pottery space rocket lamp base. It has classic colouring of the atomic era with a dark grey background and red & white glaze spots. It can be reassembled as a table lamp, requiring a small lamp fitting with cord that can be passed through the hole in the base. It can also be used as a decoration piece, a vase for tall dried flowers. The lamp cord hold could be plugged with clay to transform it into a water vase. A fabulous space-age item from the era. Hand made, it has some slight irregularities.
