Louis XVI style flat extendable walnut minister's desk

Desk in blond walnut, with a mitered frame on top, upholstered in green leather with gilt patterns on the perimeter of the top. Top which can be extended on each side by 2 shelves which slide into the structure and which are also covered in green leather with gilt patterns. The front consists of 4 drawers (2 on the left, 1 in the center and 1 with double facades on the right) Each opens and closes with a lock of which 1 key is missing (Bottom drawer on the left which opens with a key which does not condemn it...) The rest of the belt is sober, simply underlined by a molded rod on the bottom. The whole rests on four turned spindle legs, the central part of which has stopped grooves. The sides of the drawers and the bottom are in solid wood (oak or chestnut) A beautiful manufacture for this Louis XVI style flat desk with pretty leather.
