Beautiful antique 20th century oil painting of a woman holding her black dress while holding a French Roll Top Desk Louis XV Monumental French furniture. This is based on the original as found in the Palace of Versaille and is an astounding work. Hopefully the photos do some justice in illustrating the quality. This is a portrait of Madame X (Virginie Amélie Avegno Gautreau).
