Old fruit bowl Brown Westhead Moore & co monogrammed XIX

Rare old salad bowl, fruit cup in Marian blue earthenware, pale blue monogrammed m (and maybe another letter) from a castle in the Dauphiné. We find the monogram twice on the sides. Period second half XIX. Not stamped, but of the same origin as the other parts of this service, moreover it is a known and listed model of the English manufacture Brown Westhead Moore & Co specialized in the production of services including many pieces for castles and hostelry. The factory also offered the possibility of personalizing its pieces of crockery with the cipher, coat of arms, motto of its noble buyers. Distributed in France by m chanut 35 rue tronchet paris but also at the crystal staircase with Etruscan vase... Excellent condition of use, without cracks or shine, no spot, no scratch or trace of blade, a superficial jump of enamel on the heel, see photo. Wingspan: 25 X 25 cm height 10 cm.
