Model D-2045 Cylindrical table lamp with globe for Raak Amsterdam, The Netherlands 1960's

This lovely and rare table lamp was designed for raak amsterdam in te 1960's. It consists out of a light grey acrylic cylindrical tube with an opaline glass globe inside. The globe is adjustable in height by replacing the metal pins at the small holes in the tube, that gives the optical illusion the glass globe is floating. This lamp has the raak label inside (the globe), with model number d-2045. The d-numbers are table lamps according to the raak catalogues. It is in a good condition with signs of age and use which are mainly scratches to the acrylic tube.
