Old mail trunk in zinc

This authentic old travel trunk is made of metal (certainly zinc). It is rectangular in shape and dates back to the early 20th century. This liner trunk is wrapped in canvas coated outside and reinforced with wooden ties and metal corners. The fittings are in good condition and functional (i no longer have the key). This chest traveled and bears the memories: traces of label, scratches, blows and oxidations. This trunk has kept its wooden compartments and fabrics inside. Dimensions: 95 cm X 55 cm X 50 cm. In good general condition, I report scratches, scratches, holes and traces of metal oxidation. This suitcase evokes the travels of the last century: by train, by boat, adventures to the rhythm of the means of transport of the time...
