Boom hyalite glass tobacco jar by designer Paul Heller (circa 1925-30)

Superb art deco pot made at glasfabriek rupel boom belgium. (1925-1971) quite rare model. Executed in glass hyalite gilded lace decoration by designer paul heller. Black hyalite glass, with elegant design. The upper part of the lid is decorated with a fine "feather" decoration with fine golden lines (without gold wear all in very good condition). The decorative motifs of the designer paul heller on a black background are remarkable, the fret of the lid is quite unique; It forms a hollowed-out die on all 4 sides. Faithful to the design of the boom glassware, the objects (vase, candy box, etc ...) are always decorated with vertical golden lines on the entire object whatever it is. This lower part is also decorated with vertical golden zigzag lines (without gold wear see photos) and also decorated with many horizontal golden lines. The horizontal golden nets enhance this section of the pot.Thus, the upper and lower parts are decorated with golden nets. Depth and elegance of the jar as well as the design of this magnificent rare tobacco pot. Everything is graceful and gives it chic and elegance. Original label is not present but antique dealer I can certify the authenticity. The 'lace' decoration can be found in the reference book dedicated to Paul Heller. Very good condition - there may be signs of wear or fatigue but the object is not new. This does not detract from the quality of used with small signs of aging but which in no way depreciates it. All the pot remains in very good condition despite possible small wear relative to the age of the object but which will not depreciate it in any way. Approximate height 15 cm.
