Armchair Michel Cadestin French designer and interior designer studied at the École Boulle and graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. All of his work was recognized with the René Gabriel prize in 1988. His solid credentials explain why this Orchidée armchair was commissioned from him by the Center Pompidou for the design of the museum. Orchid is an armchair with a fiberglass shell, equipped with 2 casters hidden at the back for easy movement. Its soft seat and padded back make it an ultra-comfortable seat, which was created by the manufacturer Airborne Meurop. Covered in gray-green corduroy, this armchair is the symbol of seventies-style comfort.
