8 modernist chairs 1950's

Attributed to ernst martin dettinger for lucas schnaidt publisher, suite of 8 modernsite cherry wood chairs, early 50s. Seat trimmed with period emery canvas, crushed raspberry, in beautiful condition. The back of the chair, slightly inclined, offers a wide amplitude and guarantees a rare comfort. The seats are simply nested with two cleats, they are easily removable for possible upholstery. H 87 cm X d 55 cm X w 49.5 cm. H seated 45 cm. Some marks of normal wear, on two of the seats, the springs have been modified (period renovation).
