Description
Rectangular dressing table with inlaid decoration of flowery branches tied by a ribbon. It opens with an ice-bottomed flap forming an easel, flanked by two flaps and rests on sheathed legs. In the belt, it has a pull-pull and two drawers. Provincial work of the late eighteenth century. 75 X 79 X 44 cm. Excellent condition despite the presence of wear (marquetry) and cracks on the left front foot. Provenance: collection of the Marquis de Lagoy, by descent.
