We are delighted to offer for sale this magnificent original Chinese chest of drawers, hand-painted and dating from around 1860-1880, featuring pagodas. This oak chest of drawers is a superb example of chinoiserie furniture, with exquisite painting and original finish. The wood displays exceptional grain. The item has been thoroughly cleaned, showing honest but normal signs of age and use for a second-hand piece. Dimensions: Height: 94 cm, Width: 94 cm, Depth: 49 cm.
