Oil on canvas signed by Cécile Pellissier (19th-Xth). Landscape titled on the back "White Jelly in Pesme" (Haute-Saône), dated 1905. Very good condition, a few small wear. Modern frame, slate wand and patinated silver. 61 x 77 cm - out of frame 48.5 x 65 cm. Rare oil on canvas by Miss Pellissier, a bisontine artist active in the late 19th and 1930s, whose talent as a landscaper was well known to her contemporaries, but whose watercolours of flowers from the 20s and 30s were rather found.
