Vintage 1960 terrestrial globe Girard and Barrère glass - 27 cm

Old world map lamp in glass, paper and black lacquered metal from the girard et barrère brand circa 1960 in good condition. The card is superb, the colors are still vivid. It shows two slight snags in the pacific ocean. The black lacquered metal base is clean and complete, the two original rubber tips are present. The electricity is original, there is no switch on the cable, this is an original feature, as is the cable which is relatively short. It measures 27cm in height, 19cm in diameter and 21cm in depth.
