Empire side table in walnut and black marble

Empire-style side table made of solid walnut and walnut veneer, dating from the 19th century. This piece is distinguished by its authentic black marble top and its clean structure characteristic of the Empire style. It features two practical drawers: the first has a functional period lock and key, while the second retains its period lock although the key is not functional. The turned cylindrical legs are finely adorned with gilded bronze and brass, adding a touch of classic elegance. The marble shows the natural patina of time. A functional character piece, in good condition, retaining period elements. Dimensions: 82 cm in height, 33 cm in depth.
