Oval mirror, antique Louis XVI style frame, original gilded stucco wood, 52x37 cm

Here is a mirror with an antique frame in wood and original gilt stucco. It is surmounted by a bow flanked by roses and adorned with a frieze of pearls and a wrapped ribbon. Louis XVI style. Circa 1900. A label from the framer in Nîmes is on the back. There is slight wear to the silvering, as shown in photos 3 and 4. Dimensions: exterior: 52 X 37 cm, mirror image: 38 X 28.5 cm, thickness: 3 cm and 5.5 cm at the bow. Weight: 1.8 kg. Carefully packaged: approximately 3.5 kg. Condition: The mirror is in good condition and has a beautiful appearance, original gilding, no missing pearls, a small piece of stucco missing on the outer edge, and signs of age, as shown in the photos.
