A floor lamp produced in sweden in the 1960s and 1970s by atelje lyktan, designed by anders pehrson. From 1963 to 1978 anders was design director of ateljé lyktan. He designed many different series of lamps, of which bumling became the most famous. These lamps were available in many hanging, floor, desk and even wall variants. An interesting fact is that the brown bumling floor lamp was used as a prop in the 2018 swedish series dirigenten (moscow noir), broadcast on netflix, the polish accent in this series was the role of karolina gruszka. The lamp is made of brown lacquered steel, the base is a bent tube with a built-in foot switch. These lamps often appear on the secondary market without a grill covering the bulb because it is easy to damage, mine is complete. The lamp is signed and in excellent condition. Height - 135 cm.
