Watercolor ( regatta at sea signed dated)

Superb watercolor entitled regatta at sea signed dated by the artist in 2005. Beautiful colors and details with overloading of relief paint on white parts on vellum type paper. Very nice signature but unidentified. But very good artist. An estimate was made by photos at a large auction room available to the buyer by e-mail. Very nice frame under glass disassembled cleaned and waterproofing redone. Sun.56 X 46cm.
