Old boarding school chest of drawers

Original, functional and beautiful, this old boarding school chest of drawers from the 50s has two drawers and a cupboard with a shallow shelf, ideal for storing books. As you will have understood, this piece of furniture will have its place in all the rooms of your interior. The solid oak elements have been stripped and left raw, the other plywood parts have been covered in a beautiful chamomile shade. The whole has of course been treated against woodworms and protected by a colorless matte varnish and an extra matte protector for the painted elements. Bottoms of the drawers and interior of the doors nicely decorated with black and gold art deco style wallpaper. The back of the chest of drawers has been changed and painted. New hinges (not without difficulty...).
