Adjustable floor lamp by Anvia from the Netherlands 1950

An eye-catching adjustable floor lamp by dutch manufacturer anvia in their highly recognizable style! Manufactured around 1950 in the netherlands. This lamp has a round, red lacquered metal foot that matches nicely with the red metal hood and detail to the connection of the arm. The arm and base are made of grey metal, which brings a nice contrast and works very well for it’s modernist design. When lit, it emits a bright downwards light that can be adjusted in direction. The horizontal arm can very easily be adjusted. This innovative and versatile lamp remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
