Old painting, farmhouse in the countryside monogrammed ML, mid-20th century

Very pretty painting, watercolor on paper enhanced with a white mat, representing a small farmhouse or country house, in the middle of a green landscape. It is signed by a monogram at the bottom right ml the painting has a cream-colored wooden frame decorated with a window to protect the watercolor, condition: the watercolor is in perfect condition. The frame too, apart from very small traces of wear on the frame and the mat, has a very small mark at the bottom left along the strip. Frame size: l 45 cm h 35 cm watercolor size: l 29 cm h 20 cm very decorative, this painting will be placed anywhere to decorate a guest room, a second home, a shop.
