Pair of Luterma bistro chairs from Colmar

Pair 1920s bistro chairs from the former estonian manufacturer luterma. Inspired by viennese secessionist designs (hoffmann et al.), also known at kohn and thonet, this luterma variant features a link to bars and here the right feet ending "corkscrew". Also well known to the alsatians where they carried the label of the grandes brasseries and malteries de colmar (stamp under seating) which supplied luterma, which had a subsidiary in france, for the equipment of coffee shops. Good condition in their juice lived with their usual marks. Wood background with a pyrograved decoration in concentric rays.
