French modular secretary from the 1950s, made by Bibliothèque MD (Martin Dupuis). The piece is made of solid oak and consists of four stackable modules: a glass-fronted compartment, a secretary section with a drop-down front, a closed storage space, and a drawer. Behind the drop-down front are several compartments and shelves for organising documents and supplies. The drop-down front is equipped with its original support arms and lock. The modular construction allows for easy assembly and transport while ensuring a stable structure. Ideal as a library, display cabinet, desk, or storage unit for a living room, office, or workspace. Very good vintage condition with slight signs of wear related to age. Solid and stable structure, all doors, the drop-down front, and the drawer function perfectly.
